Project Management Simulation Powered Learning® Workshop
3 days and 21 PDUs, $1595
September 13-15 Minneapolis
In this workshop participants learn the fundamental tools and techniquesof planning and managing a project from beginning to end. Good project managers understand how to develop a Project Chart and use it to create a Work Breakdown Structure, Network Diagramand Gantt (Bar) Chart. Having the fundamental tools for planning is only one part of good project management. Using the tools in the execution of the project to help you manage the four key projectvariables of schedule, scope, cost and quality is where successful projectmanagers find the real benefit.
Knowledge base gained: Participants will learn the fundamental tools and processes of project management and then use a real world project management simulation to
practice and develop their new skills.

Simulation Powered Learning® is Fissure's own unique approach to training that incorporates "hands on experience" into course work rather than the traditional lecture/textbook methods of teaching. We begin by giving you the base of knowledge you need in each class. We then immerse you in computer-simulated situations that take you through real-life successes and mistakes – both critical to learning. SPL® takes you far beyond the traditional "listen and practice once" model to provide hands-on learning experiences.
