Thomson/West Publishing has just released the 4th Edition of Kathy Schwalbe’s book, Information Technology Project Management. The new book includes a CD with a Fissure project management simulation. Kathy has integrated the use of the simulation within the book to reinforce the learning and give the reader (student) the opportunity to practice the related project management tools and techniques on a real-life project. The simulated project is a smaller and less complex project than what we use in our Basic and Advanced PM Simulation workshops. The IT PM book by Kathy has become a benchmark text that has sold over 100,000 copies since its introduction.
