Business Analysis SPL (1 of 3 CBAP® Track)
Participants will learn the fundamental tools and processes from an experienced business analyst. The course will focus on an enterprise, project, and implementation perspective. 
They will then practice and apply business analysis best practices through a “real life” computer simulation.

Knowledge base gained: Understanding of Business Analysis processes and framework, elicitation, creation, documentation, management and analysis of requirements, understanding of modeling and use cases. Business Analysis management and communications plan, and create and use a traceability matrix.
