Introduction

Dear Fissure Friends,

The feedback we received from the first newsletter was very positive and you will find very little change in the format. If you have ideas on how we can make it better and more valuable to you, don’t hesitate to tell us.

Our upcoming public workshops are in the left hand panel - our computer simulation based workshops are an effective and fun way to learn. This newsletter includes a fantastic article on gaining commitment from your team members from one of our team members, Mike Wold. Mike provides several valuable suggestions at the end of the article on what you can do to gain higher commitment levels from your team members. Check out what’s happening at Fissure (Fissure News), and don’t forget to read Geof Lory’s column on project management and parenting – this one is on “Accountability”.

Thanks for reading and have a great day,

Jesse Freese
Fissure, President
