This interactive seminar targets professionals who want to improve their
ability to translate customer needs into project requirements. Using a case study approach combined with checklists and templates, the course explores different categories of requirements, various elicitation techniques and models.
Participants learn to identify and analyze their stakeholders to ensure all the project requirements are captured. Participants practice interviewing and developing a facilitated session.
After requirements have been elicited, participants will practice writing good requirements. Participants will also gain practice using various modeling techniques to help to capture project requirements. Participants will then be asked to analyze and package requirements for stakeholder review and approval.
This program has been reviewed and approved by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®) and covers the IIBA® knowledge areas of Requirements Planning and Management, Elicitation, Requirements Analysis and Documentation, and Requirements Communication.
