Designed for technical and non-technical managers, this course focuses on the “soft” leadership skills that are critical to effective project management. Participants begin in a classroom setting, then working with a real life team, lead a virtual team through an unwanted change via our Project Simulator. Change simulation takes participants from introduction of the change through the processes of managing the change toward the ideal outcome.
Knowledge base gained: Ideal leadership traits, exemplary leadership practices, change management and change transition processes, developing productive relationships.
