5 Day PMP Certification Track
Our boot camp is designed to provide the participants with hands on project management experience so that they learn to actually perform project management effectively and not just know project management.
Course 1 of 3 PMP Certification Track
Participants will learn the fundamental tools and processes of project management and then use the real- world project simulation to practice and develop their new project management skills.
Course 2 of 3 PMP Certification Track
Through lecture and computer simulation, students will learn and apply advanced project management concepts including both the hard and soft skills needed to lead successful projects.
Course 3 of 3 PMP Certification Track
Prepares participants to pass the PMP exam by giving them the information they need to know about the exam itself, identifying what they need to know to pass the exam, and providing world-class study materials including an exam simulation CD.
