90% of our workshops are private and delivered at client's sites. The minimum number of students needed to make an on-site workshop cost effective is 12 students. The maximum number of students in a single class is 24. These private workshops are cost effective and also allow our clients to customize the delivery to include methodologies, processes and tools that are specific to their culture. On-site workshops can also be a great way of preparing a culture for change and allowing cross-pollination between company departments/divisions.
